Nemours Children’s Hospital, Florida, launched in October 2012. The expanded footprint for Nemours Children’s Health marked a key milestone in the health system’s physical expansion as well as its impact on the health of Florida’s children. The new location created a second anchor hospital for Nemours Children’s (the first being Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware) and made it the only health system in the nation with two free-standing children’s hospitals. As a long-time partner of Nemours Children’s, they turned to ruckus to help design an internal and external campaign to celebrate 10 years of better health for children.
Ruckus developed a campaign concept that aligned with the significant impacts of the Hospital in Central Florida while also recognizing the expertise, experience and capabilities of the rest of the system which made it possible to build and grow in the first place. “The Ripple Effects of Better Health — Celebrating A Decade 70 Years in the Making” took shape and was implemented across external advertising, internal communications and event marketing. Ruckus also curated content and developed a microsite to highlight a decade of milestones for Nemours Children’s Hospital, Florida.
